Sabine Quindou (born July 16, 1970, Fort de France, Martinique) is a French journalist and presenter. Quindou is known for co-hosting the popular science TV show, C'est pas sorcier (It's not rocket science) with Jamy Gourmaud and Frédéric Courant, produced by France 3. She presented 188 episodes of C'est pas sorcier from 1999 to 2013.
She is also known for devising and staging shows popularising classical music, for example, working with the National Orchestra of Lyon and various soloists. In 2020, she wrote, directed and performed in Les petits Secrets des instruments, a weekly web series; each episode explores an item essential to a musician with the Orchestre National de Lyon, in partnership with Sabine Sorcières et Compagnie, her artistic company. She was also a presenter for a weekly magazine show about the world's seas and coastal places, Thalassa, on France 3 from 2011–2022.
