Casimir

Casimir is a Latin version of the Polish male name Kazimierz Polish pronunciation: [ka'ʑi.mjeʂ]. The original Polish feminine form is Kazimiera, in Latin and other languages rendered as Casimira. It means "proclaimer (from kazać to preach) of peace (mir)."
